About This is Gjethuset which is now a museum and culturehouse in Frederiksværk. It used to be a part of the old steelmill where lots of men worked all their life in the history of the town.
In the 18th century the Danish king needed canonballs to be produced in a large amount, and a man from Frederiksværk got this enterprise. Classen is said to be the founder of the town.
Later on steel was produced and manufactured for more peaceful means.

Yessum! That would be a good idea:-) Once in a while I lack categories for some photos, and history would be a good one.
Best wishes,
Annemette

wow, real colorful and basic! i like the reflection in the glass also very much. The crop could be better i think. You should leave more room on the left for the facade. but very nice colors, bright and full of contrast. Nice clouds too. All the best, Marco.
