About	This very prowd Steller's Sea Eagle was photographed in captivity at the Cincinnati Zoo. These Eagles are frequently not in such a prominant pose, but are normally seeking shelter from the viewing public. I hope you enjoy this and my other bird images.

an excellent image aside from the white shoulder...difficult to get the right exposure to bring out that detail...his pose with his beak partially opened suggests that he was about to move off his perch or give a good shrill squawk...I like that you captured that expression...the background is a bit too exposed as well ...but again...he didn't come down and sit in proper lighting for you...I think this is a wonderufl shot, I would not have cropped it...you have a nice angle with the branch...sometimes center works...you'd otherwise probably have to crop the right which would accentuate the backlighting...I'd leave it..
