This is a lovely scene, Laszlo. Congratulations on your award. Nicely done!
Since this is a Critiquer's Corner photo, I will add that I think the tonal balance and brightness give a slight overall feeling of murkiness to the photo. I would play with levels and contrast a bit to give the scene a bit more definition. Below is a quickly worked up example of what I mean.

Love the way you bring out the white shades in the boat's hull. The water and the the swan both work for me as a balance to the business above. The color might be a touch over-saturated, but I am in the midst of weaning myself off over-saturation and might be overly sensitive to it. Lovely shot.

The color and composition of the buildings is quite nice. I think the area of water is too large. I think this because the water is very homogenous in comparison to the busy patterns of the buildings, and carries alot of graphic weight. As such, things of two different natures are being combined in one picture-- the busy dock and the serene water and swan. I think the picture would be bettter if the swan were cropped out.
