Excellent portrait! It combines the classical elements, like for example a very balanced lighting and very good sharpness especially around the eyes, with more modern elements, like for example the parts of the face cropped off image. A slightly narrower aperture would be better here, as it would eliminate the small unsharpness around the lips and the nose. Also, a small correction of EV down could bring more detail on the slightly overexposed right part of the nose.
All in all a very nice composition. Keep it up,
