Marcus the colors are very cool on this guy . . . you pulled in the irridescent quality of the colors very nicely!! I gotta say that, aside from being, oh, I don't know; "The Cutest Freaking LiL Duck in California!" . . . you managed that very cool water droplet accent nicely as well. Stunning work.

Great little smile on this guys face Marcus!
The Buffleheads usually come around here in January and as you say they are very shy. Almost impossible to get close to. They seem to always be further from the shore than other ducks and geese.
BTW Finally you have your Project :)

Thanks Riny, yes these migrants are very different looking to say the least, I dont post too many floating birds but a few stike me as very intresting.
