About Since I'm feeling a bit nostalgic with the Christmas season, I'm posting a few photos of my two kids. This one is my favorite in recent years.

Well since you like outtakes, here's one from 2006.

Thanks for commenting.

Wow. It's amazing to see the difference in your kids between the two pictures!

I like the outtake shot though!

Thanks, Mike. I've been taking photos in front of the fireplace for 14 years -- and some years it was sheer torture. Here's an outtake from the first year.

The photos in the background are all my Christmas pictures from the previous years.

I particularly liked this one because of its spontaneity. Re: my two "hams," this is true, although my son is more so than my daughter. This year, she refused to hold the "Merry Christmas dachshund" -- a true family heirloom.

All the best to you in the New Year.

Very nice. Out of this series this is my favorite as it shows off your love for photogrpahy.
The reason I say this is the large ammount of picture framed on the mantel.
Great work!

Nostalgia and Christmas spirit are a good thing.
Great family photos; you obviously have raised two "hams"! Nicely done.
--Best regards, Jan
