Thank you very much Jan! Such tree surfaces that have both very strong highlights and shadows, are hard to be captured perfectly. If I remember right, I metered light at two spots (highlight/shadow) and it seems that it wasn't completely enough. So next time I'll have to take more spots or just thze weighted middle of some area on the wood.

Nick -- I like the texture and the tone but I do think it is a wee bit over-exposed. Still, all in all, a good portrayal of what nature offers us.
