Woooow Michele,
Great land-/seascape. Very nice composition and colours. Impressive coastline you show us here. You put the effects of erosion good in the image. The contrast between subject and skyline is great. Attractive and interesting photo. Well done, my friend !

Michele - It's good . . . an though I'll not flirt like Paul and Martin . . . I WILL ask if you have or use a tripod. The settings you list (to my eye) should be even sharper . . . but the cokmposition and color are great. Nicely done and lucky you to have the sky cooperate - it's not always so nice to me! Anyway . . . the question you asked before . . . PS elements is superior and will take you much farther that that given by Nikon. I did get and use it (for about a weekend) - and it IS better than Picassa . . . but once you get PS Elements you'll have leanred a lot of the Nikon program for nothing . . . the elements program is almost universal . . . updating to full blown PS will require NO NEW Learning!! I'd recommend that by FAR. Any way - uhhhhhhh . . . .this is nice! :)
Regards, Doyle I <~~~~~

Michele Michele Michele.........lol Yes I have a few ideas.......Drop me line at my email.....The setting are right unless you want to put them in the box where it specifies but most times you won't find a lot of the settings there.......So putting them where you did was good. As far as your settings go. They are fine and I nor can anyone tell you where to set them......Just give a general area depending on what you want. That is why they are there to use. It gives the photographer the creativity that a point and shoot will not. There are however general rules. For better depht of field shoot at a higher aperture. More in the front will be in focus and more in the background. Depends on what and how you are shooting. Im sure Doyle and Marty and a lot of the others would be able to tell you better than I. Ive never been good at it Trying to explain things.....I may know them but its hard for me to put into words. Main reason I never become a muscian! LMBO Everything looks good however Michele and your doing great! As the man says.....Welcome to the big leagues! But I think you were there for a while now just did not have the big league swatter! Let me shut up now! Hey, write me and we can talk about a program for you if you are still in need. Talk to you soon......
Much love
Paul
