As the first upload, this is a great image Eb. Personally it htink that youve gained some on the increased contrast on the fog and intensified the mood through the clouds but youve sacrificed clarity in the bottom left quarter which had beautiful crisp details on the lake bank and in the water reflections in the first upload. As a stand alone shot, both uploads are great for different reasons as Tim said. mKind regards. Joggie

Giuseppe, I made three exposures from one RAW file in the RAW converter (Capture NX), high, dark and middle. It would have been even better if I had made 3 seperate exposures of the original scene. Eb

Eb, I was thinking: three exposures, do you mean one highlighted, one dark and one middle exposed? Thanks Eb.

The result is very impressive web, full of mystery for the glow coming over the hill, the fog sit in the vallies and the clouds opposite. I like it. Ciao Eb.

Yes this turned out quite well with a little more drama now compared to the previous version. I like both for different reasons.

Eb - Really beautiful setting captured here. I like your capture of the fog "nestled" in the hillside and the un-leaved tree branches with a sky as the backgound. Nice level of detail and sharpness.
