I don't think it is oversharpened. Nice photo. I have also frequently tossed out the color information while in photoshop if the colors dont help.

I don't find it over sharpened at all, I think it's great! The black and white works really good too, especially since some part of the water is a little bit over exposed and if it's black and white it's not very obvious. Beautiful image!

Very nice. Personaly I believe that the image deserve more that the average rating... The long exposition photos are VERY dificcult and the overexposed water isn't in big areas so good work.

I like this picture. I don't think it's oversharpened. Good tones. Actually the tones are better here than I think they would have been if the sun was out. The only thing that bothers me is the tree branch in the lower right hand corner.
