About	Took this one last July at Crater Lake National Park. It is definitely water; the bluest fresh water lake in the World. No Polarizer used at all and yes the colors are really like that. :) Mind blowing actually.

Ah yes, Rob, our beautiful blue Crater Lake. Are the white spots things floating in the water, perhaps?

Talk about fooling the eyes! Really does look like it could be a sky shot using a polarizer as you shot upward about the "mountain" - but having seen your other shots of Crater Lake I recognize the blue. I am curious tho - what are all of those white specks in the top part of the blue area? Most of them are concentrated in the middle of the shot - but also appear in the blue area on the left side of the shot. Possibly light reflecting off of the water??? In any case - wonderful color and details and glad you also posted this as a pano.
