I agree its so amazing how the sky can change. Nice capture of the blue sky being overtaken by the grey clouds. The waves and the lighting on the sea are very nice.

Great show and moody capture....I really like this
a lot! I think Doyle was alittle tough on this one. I don't see any blow outs but then of course I lack the experience that Doyle has...:) and he wants you to have the best knowledge so that is good. I think with my amateur eye this is about perfect! A great level shot with very nice tones.
Nice lighting off the water.
7++....for me!

Hope all is well...and your son is home ? I hope, hope, hope ...
I have to go out and shoot some more as it is forcasted for more rain tomorrow ... but I've missed your 'help' and critique's... I thought YOU were my major part of Great Group of Friends:)) I know You are.... and I seem to slack a bit with-out some critiques to learn more by....
I wanted to send you this image of exactly what I had shot... which was not at all what I had seen. I also wanted to send it attatched so maybe you could show me how to NOT blow out the clouds in a better way than what I have done............
It was such a beautiful sight and shame to not know enough to do it justice... Anyway here it comes... and I know you are busy ... but maybe you might get a chance and if you don't another time will work too:))
I gotta run now ... but will be back tonight and in the morning for sure...

I's swith to at least f/8.0, if not lower . . . composition is amazing . . . but sky detail (the 'star' or this show . . . is lacking. I see (all IMO - of course) a lot of blow-out in the sky. I hate to go against your great group of friends on this but think the image could have been vastly improved with that small change. That being said . . . if you had some actual sun image . . . not just bright light . . . f/11 - maybe even f/22 would have given you some visible rays!

I just took the tripod out far, and shot above the sand dear biljana...It's the same place as where the very large tree is...I was just closer to the water :)))
Yes I know YOU would love it here...It's one of the bigger beaches actually !!!

There are a few everywhere...but this beach has THE MOST of any of the beaches...also partly due to being in the bay as well...I know I'd Never seen it before either until I came here from Ca. ...
I used to think the beaches were packed with people from the hyway until I got there and saw it was 'Tree's' ...Lol!!!!! People have great fires tho and fun parties :)))

You've a great 'eye' ....
No the waves were not big at all here the tide was just comming in , and it's a strange landscape under the sea here... it is pretty flat for a loong way out at this particular spot anyway.... It is different of course all along the coastline, especially where there are the big cliffs... but I think this is partly why all the big logs roll in so easily, and so much ...just my thoughts from observation.
