Very good frame and most of all...the way that the metalic green bars cover the bottom half og your image gives a great composition in an abstract way... I also like here the 'strait' point of view, no perspective on the building so you get the frame PERFECTLY with the same distances around the windows to your frame, something NOT easy...for me at least, as many times I trying hard to find a good point to get a shot on a building... be well!

Nice photo! Like the black&white look. My only comment: use Photoshop to correct the disortion you can see in the horizontal lines in bottom and top of the image.
