Thanks, Brigitte. No, these car/truck shots weren't on the res. This is in a neighborhood close to me, what we refer to as the "other side of the tracks". The neighborhood theme there is "yard art"... wherein the people just throw their trash in their front yard instead of taking it to the dump.
This particular lot with an abandoned house is one of the worst... the owner, I was told, hasn't been there in years and is supposedly in prison.
Best wishes, Dave

Another fine example of your genre. Looks like it's going to come to life and terrorise the town. Yhe jalopy behind adds to the image, I think. Regards, Gary

First of all a great find about that old car, ruined old cars are great subjects Dave...after that you put here some great effects...lighting at the lamps and interior...cosmic purple and azure ...that works so nicely into the darkness...so the result is beautiful AND original, and I like the shape of the stars...because of the 3 minutes you makes the stars looks like...comets...so nice sky. All these with exctra good quality as usual from you.

Well Dave, you make wonders with your 10-20mm lens. Looks like a old fashioned UFO. You have to be very brave to patrol old houses and cars late at night. Sure you have a couple of anecdotes... Great photo again. Bernar

Very nice work again, Dave! I can't help but think that this old beauty was smiling at the attention it received after being abandoned for so many years. I like looking at the car...so much character and you brought it back to life, even if just for a moment. 7+++
P.S. Are you finding these on Indian Reservation land? I wonder if these old government cars were auctioned off and used until they gave out and then left to rust away and become an eye-sore.... well, at least it can be turned into art!
