I know how difficult it is to get photos of birds, and enjoy this attempt. However, the heavy shadows and color of branches is too distracting; especially the way the shadow falls across the bird. Details are lost. I understand how exciting it can be to finally get some wildlife within lens shot, but you still have to remember the basics of composition after you calm down a little bit and start shooting. Keep trying.
