Stephen, after spending some time shooting the ocean and surfers during the summer, this is my favorite of your recent images. I am immediately drawn to the surfer's distortion. Yep, you really do have a way with tones and perspective, as Shelby says...and the technique does give this one a dreamlike feel. I love the angle of the person and the feel of the sand sloping toward the viewer. Your images are always filled with these interesting details that really add up to great atmosphere throughout... once more your keen handling of tones and perspective gives this a distinctive flair, I really love the texture of the sand which adds a whole new dimension, the title should get extra points!
