Jan I don't remember if we were looking our portfolios, but isn't important we are know looking them. In this one a see a simple style with a perfect composition, and strange CROP, always in this kind of photo the crop is important without hard rules.-
About the colour what can I say ? Is stunning, finally a wonder image, what ells...luis:) And nice too meet and know you...

Onie -- It is so nice to hear from you! I will soon be settling back down at home after some travelling. Sorry I have been out of touch...
The fire was so hot that it felt quite uncomfortable when I was taking the picture and yet the water spray still managed to spritz my lens.
I will be back online very soon. Have to start taking some more pix.

Hello -- AJ!!! I am back home for a couple of days and yes... hot, hot, but also cool, cool. Like sweet & sour or some such. The heat from the fire almost curled my eyebrows and the lens was covered with the water spray. Can't win.

And back in style, with a hot image that is cool! Very dramatic, but what were you doing so close to the action? No doubt they were cooling things down, but, dare I say it, shouldn't this really go in the Hot Hot Hot pot?
