About Another one at almost the same location as on "Attracted and going". This time at the time of the day when starting work.

I'd be very glad for any comments.

OK, then this was it! The light was too strong!

Nice that you mentioned that since for my thoughts it has been a key element the value of which I overestimated. So that's the hard question - how much exaggeration can still do good? Really hard to say, isn't it?

Thanks a lot for giving me another view of the subject, Mahassa!

So we search further! ;-)

Maybe it is not *that* it is there, but *how* it is there. I reduced the highlight power of that region. So, does it perhaps now start having less of what you don't like?

All the best,

Nick

Reduced the power of highlights in ground floor.

well I'm not so sure now that I see the result Nick,I almost agree with you but at the same time there's something about the groundfloor that I don't like,
:/
best, mahassa

Thanks a lot for the nice comment and above all for the suggestion, which I immediately try out, Mahassa! Such suggestions make us think, and so all suggestions are good. OK, let's cut the cround floor, and see.

It went quite "half", didn't it? And the charakter of perspective is lost. The ground floor is together with the street that reflects its light, and makes the motion of the walking person visible, a main element here. This overexposed ground floor signals the strong light that makes the eyes even more tired in the morning while going to work. Or while already working exactly *in* that ground floor.

It also supports the direction to the depth where the moving person goes - to that big modern office building. As the series was about exactly that daily run, it had to be there. It's about all those lights that show that people are already working.

Cheers,

Nick

Cropped ground floor after Mahassa's suggestion

to tell the truth I would have cut the lower over exposed part, I mean the groundfloor,
in my personal opinion it would have been a very nice night shot then,
all the best, mahassa
