In reality is a microscopic image of a air bubble and a impurity (seems to be a algae cell for me) inside a painkiller vial :(

Thank you! The real size was 50x smaller than in the image. The dots and smudges came from the glass surface of the painkiller vial. This vial just happened to be in my office (left there by somebody).

I get crazy looking at this microscopic images, my mind tells me it looks like something but i don't really know what it is and can't really relate to its size... I like like the graphic here it abstract looks like something..:) and the dots and smudges all add up to the mystery...
