Yep I know the feeling Kerry!!! Lousy sky will do that to you plus as Photographers we have to be Digital processing competent[wish I was]. Which version of Capture did you get?I hope it was Capture One 4,if not try download the 4 and use the license for the one you have.It should activate. Take care Robbie

The pose is excellent, Kerry! With the need to crop so much, the noise in the sky really gets you! What I have done is to selectively sharpen only the subject. You can also selectively blur the sky or apply noise reduction to the sky only. Eb

Hi Robbie - the sky was pretty gray and washed out that day so played a bit with PS to change it up a bit and this was the result on posting... It looks better in the original file, but came up this way here... I was a bit disappointed, but liked the overall shot so put it up anyway. I have gotten some great shots of this guy and his mate but need to find the time to get them posted! Thanks for looking! Kerry
