About The strong sunlight on the walls was a nice view for a capture. But the composition is again problematic to me. It should be architecture embedded in street life, but something is missing. Any ideas?

I fully agree, Dave, the shadow doesn't help at all. A pity since without it perhaps the railings and steps could be used as a reference to depth and size of the church.

I think a different time of day, to avoid the heavy shadows would help your idea, Nick, so we could see more of the street. Otherwise a good shot of the church.
