About	Here's how I did it. Photographed on black Plexiglas in complete darkness. I used a four foot soft box at a 45 degree angle. I would say it was about 6 feet away. I then took out my trusty Mag-Lite and placed it behind the pepper. I was hoping to get the inside to glow a little as the light shown through the rear. Next I took my 8x10 grey card and taped a piece of typing paper to the rear of the card. I then propped this up on the opposite side of the pepper as a bounce or fill light. Added a little mist and wha- lah. I thought this would make a good candidate for the fresh project. Tell me what you think.

Fascinating and fresh, indeed, Jeff! I did enjoy your description, "how to." I could suggest removing the 2 major blown highlight patches as they could distract a bit!
