Amazing building, realy that is a fantastic architecture style and a 'target' for me...but never being in places like these, good quality and enouph exposure to support the shadowed side of the building!

I thought you'd be interested, Michele. I'm attaching a copy of an unrestored building so you can get an idea of how decrepit this poor neglected site had become. The neighborhood doesn't really mind the idea of condos because the developers are preserving the exteriors. The alternative was beginning to look like tear down because the building were in such bad shape.
However, it is true that some of the interior elements will be lost, and that is truly a shame.
