Surely not the best lighting but the fast capture looks nice. Perchaps if the shutter speed was faster the result would be more clear however the speed effect has a nice artistic result.

I like the sense of speed you gave to the riders by using long exposure. It it a pity that the sky is a bit bleached out. Nevertheless, a very appealing shot!
