Thank you so much dear Ania. This was on a wall of a church and in between that and another building there was a very small space where I squeezed myself into to get this shot :)
Glad you like it.
Be well my friend.
Julie.

Impressive... only that I have to say... I don't have anything to critique...just to say that I LOVE that point of view... and somehow that style does not rings me a bell about another photo I have seen in my life... my big congratulations Julie!

Thank you dear Nicki. Glad you like it.
Some may still consider Harlem a somewhat dangerous place but I don't think it is. I find it to be very rich in culture, diversity at its best there :)
Hope you had a nice weekend my dear friend and thank you again for your comment.
Big hug and kiss,
Julie.

Geez Julie - sorry about sending 3 messages over this critique - I don't read what others say ...only sometimes 'BUT' only after I have written 'my comment' so I am not influenced by others ...now I just read that it is part of a church- forgive the un-necessary question please.....

Old Dutch bricks all square or rectangular,
contrasting so nicely with all round shapes in the central part. Nice crop on the essential with your favourite diagonal composition.
Very good dear Julie

Did you ever visit the town of Haarlem still capital of the province Noord-Holland in The Netherlands ? The Dutch once built Harlem in NY as e.g. Brooklyn stems from the village of Breukelen. Why the Dutch lost their NY properties 1674 ? Such a pity.

Hello my dear friend.
This is part of an old church that need much repair but nonetheless had a lot of character as many places in Harlem. Very rich historic neighborhood, worth a visit when you come to NY :)
Thank you for your comment my dearest Arif.
Big hug and kiss,
Julie.
