The light is so extraordinary here, Erlad, in its dual role of adding interest and a bit of tension on the one side, and defining he soft plasticity of the face. It is then that the stright but still almost "absent" looking eyes can find the best possible support for a strong view.
The details of the glove are well visible but this time also under the right amount of softness that matches the whole impression. Those vague refractions of light seem to be ideal here. They are there but is a very subtle way.
