Did you know that the opposite side of every number totals 7? Makes for some great party tricks. And I love shots like this. Objects normally seen still, in motion, or objects normally moving shot as still. Ya really don't have to do this over. This is wonderful. The human brain fills in the motion thingy. We understand/know those that are in the air will fall... and those tumbling dice (WHOA! A song just shot through my head!!!!) will eventually land and stop... but we do not have to see that. It is something that will happen. I am just a bit peeved ya did this before I thought of it.....

Perhaps you could drop them on a plate of water ;-)
The hardest part of this was finding dice. I want to do it over with some nicer pieces, clear red perhaps with no logos... These have a Bicycle logo one the ace side. Times five it took several rolls to keep the logo out of the shot. What are the odds of that? :)

I've had this on my screen all day and I keep coming back to look at it as I'd like to try this myself. I reckon you've pretty much got it nailed. The lighting is excellent. The contrasting sharpness / softness gives a sense of depth. How to improve it? Perhaps a little more space around the edge of the image, and some "tails" behind the falling dice?
