I like this shot. The black and white works very well in portraying the oldness of this structure. Also, I get a feeling of loneliness from the image. I don't know if there are any other buildings nearby, but with the angle you've chosen, it certainly looks like a long-abandoned place in the middle of nowhere. As an additional bonus, the cloudy sky is very interesting and dynamic. The horizon appears to be quite level.
Technically, I find nothing to complain about, the DOF, sharpness, lighting are all fine as far as I can tell.
I've noticed you have several photographs with this barn. Is it a place that you can return to easily, to take more shots? If so, I would have one suggestion to make. When I looked at this image, one of the first things that came to my mind was that, given the angle of this shot and the resulting slopes of the roof, the barn would fit well into a position towards the bottom right corner of the scene. I don't want to impress my compositional tastes upon you, but I did try a crop with this photograph to get an idea of what it would look like, and I think it could work quite well.
fantastic composition, framing, tones, lighting, etc. overall, a great photograph. what would really make this for me, even though i'm kind of against too much computer editing, would be to burn in the sky and make it darker...it would make the catch-lighting on the house's roof that much more pronounced, imo.
