subha, in general there are 4 type of coverages... 1) head & shoulder, 2) half length, 3) 3/4 length, 4) full length. Here what i see is in between 3 & 4. If you include the almost the ankles u r better off including the feet in the picture. For female's pose, ask the models to tilt the head a bit... other things to remember, dont cut the joints.
I like the you captured her smile and she seems relaxed... good job on that.

The pose is not very orginal and the white lines behind the girl are really distracting. And whats the go with cropping the feet but leaving all the boring space at the top?
