No tripod. Camera handheld with 30 second exposure taken in a backyard with Christmas lights on an archway as the main subject (same subject as my "Light Lace" shot: http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=1522856). Held it in place long enough (5 secs) to get the house in the background. Then I zoomed out, but not too quickly. I followed this with a twist. I let the rest of the 30 second exposure pass with the camera buried into my black bunny hug. The string of rope lights on the back of the fence created the circular look of the shot during the twist to the left.
