Oh these looks so nice and tempting, I would love to eat one now! :-)) It's a very good composition, original and interesting, also beautiful deep colours! The only thing I think could be better is more sharpness. Feels a little bit to blurry.

I think that you have a subject here that could make an excellent photograph. I would suggest looking at the composition and lighting. Right now the image looks very evenly lit and perfectly centered. Maybe think about changing the angle of your lighting to give the cherries a real sense of depth. I would also suggest playing with the depth of field. Maybe a shallow depth of field with just the hand and the cherries in it in focus.
