About	Trying to get a new angle on this place is like trying to reinvent the wheel. Rather than contrive something I opted to work with the obvious and accentuate the intersecting curves of the bridge and the two parts of the Opera House by positioning them together in the same frame.

This is a good effort at a real oft-taken subject. I like the basics of your composition however it might be stronger if shot on the horizontal. Possibly waiting for a different sun angle might help also. Maybe morning sun coming in from the mouth of the harbor.
