Very original flowers. I think this image need some sharpness for better clarity. Try to use Photo Paint or other program. The sharpen effect is extremly simple and with two 'clicks' at your mouse your photo will have strongly better look and clarity. Regards, John H.

Hi John, it's always good to see an Australian image here!

I would have liked it if you had framed the blooms with some of the interesting-looking leaves. And perhaps a bit more light would have made the flowers more luminescent. What do the nuts of this species of Hakea look like? I really like Hakea luniria/lunaria (not sure of the spelling), were there any in the gardens you went to?
