About For a photographer, driving along the lonely roads of Southern Utah can be eye candy, on the right day. This "Canyon" shot shows the incredible spectrum of colors and strata you can see; the "Storm" shot I posted yesterday was taken on the same day!

Very good. Sharp and colorfull. Horisont is not so bad.Only needs a little more saturation. About foreground I agree with Jeroen.

This is a good shot, but it lacks depth.
Mainly because of the bluff in the foreground, it looks flat, you don't hardly see it's a canyon at all.

Crop that away and your composition becomes a lot stronger.

While you're at it, rotate the image right a fraction of a degree to correct the slight tilt to the horizon.

Almost an oil painting. You havbe taken what is probably one of the most photographed and stereotyped kind of locations in the states and given it beauty and color.
