About Not caring that this had been done before, I pulled the car over and burned up the rest of my film.
I swear I didn't dodge that patch of grass :P

This one is also great IMHO, a very fine composition with a nice greyscale. The mood is very impressive. What about a frame?

I don't think it matters how much a subject has been done before, it can always be done better and/or different. in other words: I like this Alisa, it is a departure from your usual work that I have come to recognize instantly, but well done. You have captured the mood very well, fog is way up there close to storms in terms of favorites.

I like the toning treatment here, Alisa. Beautiful scene. Well composed. Nice use of strong lines and soft lines and their mix.

Job very well done.

Elangs.

Well done as usual. The mood is so mellow, mystical and between. I like the cross processing, it adds something to this type of image. Excellent.

Dubravko -
It was just too ordinary in b&w :) I had to add a twist to it somehow. This c-41 processing adds a twinge of green to this film. Of course I liked how this looked so I decided to play with it.

Jeff -
I did dodge some of the photo but strangely enough that part just happend to of gotten some light. I was actually going to burn some in cause it looked so fake, but decided not to.
I was so excited by the view of this scene that it went against my nature of turning away from a subject if it's been overdone.
I was driving back from the beach when I drove through here.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to comment.

Are you sure? What were you doing driving around in the woods? Why didn't you care that this had been done before?

Just wondering! Glad you captured this one nonetheless. Very cool softness here and good comp to boot...
