The blue is a goood choice of color, and the detail in the strap of her shirt is very nice. Good job with the PS work too. It really adds to the final image.

Interesting effect, great toning, somehow I wish the top of the shoulder didn't disappear into the blue yonder. Maybe just a little more definition... This happens less in the b&w version but still needs just a tad more contrast.
