My first impression is to laugh and suggest he put his clothes back on and leave the nudity to others with better physiques. It's an amazing street shot. So much happening and the summation of it is exquisite.

I like the concept behind the photo, however, I feel it lacks something in composition. Too busy as it is presented
I might have cropped out the people on the right side and tried to hide the head at the bottom using a cloning effect.
