Speaking of constructive comments, perhaps that's best taught by example.
Ron, I find this photo an excellent example of good composition and eye for color. Specifically, it seems to have been shot when the sun was overhead, which is a great no-no for modern landscape photographers, who emphasize the need to shoot only at dawn or dusk. Personally, I have never acceded to that maxim, because I don't have the luxury to do that on my photo trips: I'm there when I'm there, and that's that!
The photograph is also helped by its near monochrome nature. Good shot!
Geez, what a crappy image. Wrong film, wrong angle, weak contrast, poor composition. I think you should give up photography! Sorry Ron, but that is the exact sort of comment you post for others who don't deserve such attacks. People post their photos here to get comments, sure, but they expect those comments to be constructive and help them in their photography- not belittle them in public. Oh, and BTW - this could be a nice image - just needs a little more contrast. Peace to you, Bro.
