None of my work is digitally manipulated. These are scanned slides. They're straight scans. No PS filters, no color enhancements, nothing. I scan them, I remove dust spots and I adjust contrast to reflect the original slide.
I am reluctant to say what this is because I want the images to be judged based on what they are, without providing an anchor to the viewer. I think that would skew the way viewers see this photograph.
I don't know what they mean by emotional appear...but may be they're talking about style...in a sense, where it's going or where it came from. Or may be you jsut feel blue not red, you know what I mean???...I think it's niche, a concept, or direction, or mood, what ever that might be...
but I think, to be frank this looks like something from PS filters(Alien SKin) or something. But it's probably not, so my question is what is it?
