Hi David, you have a talent for classical b/w pictures, a master photo. I like your seeing and your style. And i saw, you work with an Leica IIIg. I work also with an Leica M3. it is a hereditary piece of my uncle. I like very much, if photographers use still the old cameras.
For m a small blemish i mean the picture is in origibal version sharper. Maybe it is the resolution from JPG-files
However it is nevertheless an excellent picture, congratulation

There is not a lot I can add to comments already given, it is a lovely capture.Don't worry about the grain. I like grain!.it could just be a little sharper to make it perfect. thank you for your comment on the mine. It was a large print I printed in the darkroom and then photographed to scan the neg onto my computer. Hope that clarifis it for you. Regards Marie

This is a great portrait, but the overall sharpness isn't too good, if it were sharpened up the picture would be a winner without doubt, the tones are fantastic and the boys expression is absolutely wonderful, regards - Richard.
