Interesting shot. I like the minimal depth of field, but find the background (particularly the out of focus bits) too busy. Given this scene, I would have lowered my angle of view and isolated the "curve" of focus against as plain a background as I could find.

Fantastic! I really like this shot. Great vision spotting this. To me, the minimal DOF is what makes the shot. I like the vibrant green. I see what Steve's point with the darker green background and wanted to see how well it works. Both are strong images but I like the original more.

I wouldn't change this at all. In fact, I think the very minimal DOF is what makes this work.

Still playing with that 55micro! Good shot. I like the curve you've got going here, but agree with Steve that there needs to be a bit more weed in focus.

The focal point seems too small to carry the image. I see the background vying for my attention. If the BG was a very dark green, then your weed would POP.
Nice and sharp, very pleasent bokeh. Go Terry go!
