Sue and Ken, thank you for your comments. I too would have liked the yellow a little brighter, however, taken in the woods with available light (should have used the on-board flash at least) with a UV filter still attached?.whew, talk about a comedy of errors. Settings where: shutter 1/100, aperture F2.4, digital film speed ISO80 and focal length 36mm. I really don?t use photoshop so I guess this is the way it will stay. Next time I?ll think it out better.
A nice capture. The details are pretty nice and the background is good. The soft light works well for this kind of shots. The DOF used is perfect. The composition fills out the frame nicely. It does seem a tad underexposed though.
