Given that no-one liked my last post (sniff!) I'm not sure how this will be recieved! another architecture/urban decay/geometric pattern shot, this time taken in London's Soho. The back of this building was revealed when another was partially demolished (hence the crane). I just liked the shadows and counterpoint between the bright but well used crane, and shiny fired bricks. By some small coincidence the fire escapes and crane are the same colour. I've just looked at the preview of this on screen and it doesn't do the level of detail justice, which is a shame.
I saw a big crane last night out in my ramblings I just couldn't get the whole thing in frame for privite property so I let it go and still want the shot. I like this shot nice capture and image.
I only realised the other day that I have a 20 year long crane obsession (my Girlfriend pointed it out after stopping for the upteenth time to shoot one. I really had never noticed!)
