Soooo beautiful! I love the contrast in texture between the sharpness of the rock and the softness of the moving water. I like the way that the slow shutter speed has "softened" the water's edges. Lovely!

This is a wildly beautiful shot, and the contrast between cool green/blue on the LH side and warm orange/red on the RH side adds great interest. The energy of the movement of the sea also adds to the overal impression... But I don't think the colours needed to have been QUITE so saturated on the RHS. Those oranges run the danger of looking a little artificial. I know that Velvia does this without being forced, but if there's a weakness of any kind in this superb shot then it might just be those over-warm oranges. But that may be how they really looked, in which case please take the praise and ignore the carp!
