Sept. 1, 2002. Labor Day weekend fun. I was hiking the new trail created on an island between Marquette, IA and Prairie du Chien, WI... smack dab in the Mississippi sloughs, created by the US Fish & Wildlife Service.
I'm in awe as to how you were able to get such green trees and the background to be in such wonderful focus. I tried this very same kind of framing when in San Diego and it just did not work for me. The framing was great but the trees were dark..darn! Do you think yours was captured due to use a digital camera?
LISA!!!!!!!!!!! You are so lucky to be so young that you can go hiking all the time while us old farts have to work and pay the bank so much to live at the beach. I'm jealous! I want to go hiking with you. I miss hiking. nice place you found there. Warm?
Perfect framing, Lisa, I love too to play with the natural frames around us. Just a shame you didn't use a smaller aperture, so that also the persons in the centre could be more detailed and clear, or did you make it with purpose?
