About Found this Alligator Snapping Turtle taking a peak at me while I was photographing local waterfowl. Thought maybe he was jealous so I snapped his picture. I like it so I thought I'd share. All comments welcome.

Thanks Kelly and Ze!

Kelly, this photo was taken on a little drainage waterway in Daytona, on the campus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The waterway always has water in it and there are an interesting assortment of critters running about there at any given moment. I'm still trying to catch the family of otters there when I have my camera with me :-)

I know what you mean about the st johns river in deland. I love to go out to blue springs and take pictures there! How often do you make it down this way? The manitees are going to be in the area soon and they are very photogenic!

Thats one bad boy in the water. I like to shoot off the river over in Deland in the St. Johns River. I have shot alot of birds, alligators & turtles there. That is one of my favorite locations in Florida. What location did you capture this alligator? I have the same lens. Another nice photo Steve.
