It's a strong image. Well done. I like the grain you added. I am not sure, but I think it was a little too much. It looks like a photo in an old newspaper. But, may be, was this what you wanted. Any way, I like it and I think it has a strong message. Have you the feeling that people here does not like this type of pictures? I do. And I don't know why.

Good composition but I think instead of adding grain you should have sharpened a bit this piece of ART ! The grain has stolen 70% of the beauty of the photo.....Deb
