Dallas this is a remarkable photograph. I can view it two ways. One way integrating the past with the present the two individuals were apart but are swept into the embrace. I can also see them in the present anticipating the future as they stand apart looking toward the embrace. Terry King

Please note this is a single exposure on negative and print. The subjects were directed to stand and move within the 30 second exposure timeframe.

The original print has a subtle kinetic reflective quality with a metallic surface film on dark areas which is not reproduced in the scan.

The Tin Process was formulated to create the abstract tonality from a full range tonal print.
