This shot has almost every shade of green that exists. Spring time on the prairies is very beautiful! I added the ancient farm equipment. Only thing missing is the "herd" of wood ticks that live in the long grass!
Chelsea, thank you for your comment. To me the focal point is the greenery. I have other shots but to the right of the machinery is more clutter that I did not want in the shot. Also, on the Prairie one needs to get pictures taken right away as the buildings slowly fall down or are disposed of. The 2 buildings are now gone and so is the rusted machinery. Oh yeah and also the wood ticks were crawling all over me. Yes, you are right, I should have had just a lttle space between the edge of the sheds and the equipment. Thanks for your perspective
Lovely colours and tones, nice saturation...but your composition could be improved a lot. It's very cluttered at the right side. Maybe shifting over to the left and taking a slightly higher angle to separate the building from the farm equipment. Lots of possibilities here, would you be able to get back out there and try some different angles?
