About This shot is from my red series. "Pastels", which is displayed in my portfolio is also part of this series. As I've mentioned on multiple occasions, I am looking for precise feedback as to what works and what doesn't work within my photographs. I've been told that my work in general lacks emotional impact. I don't think it's because the subject matter is abstract as some have suggested. There is a way to make abstract work touch upon the audience's emotions. I haven't found the way yet. Please let me know what can be done (if anything). Thanks
